Rights, obligations and liability limits when using our platform for digital interviews and professional development.
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between InterviewHub (operator of the platform ainterviewer.com) and all users who access the services of the platform. The platform offers digital interview tools, career development content, and communication solutions for the professional context.
By registering or using a paid or free service for the first time, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with individual clauses, use of the platform is not permitted.
We reserve the right to change these terms with a notice period of four weeks. You will be informed of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform. If you do not object within the period, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
InterviewHub provides the following core functions:
The platform's average annual availability is 99.5% – excluding planned maintenance windows (usually at night between 2:00 and 4:00 AM CET) and events of force majeure. We point out that uninterrupted availability cannot be technically guaranteed.
Use of the platform is only permitted within the framework of applicable laws and these terms. In particular, it is prohibited to use the services for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to immediately block access.
Registration is required to use certain functions (e.g., creating interviews, participating in courses). You agree to provide truthful and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access data. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been initiated by you. In the event of loss or misuse, inform us immediately by email at info@ainterviewer.com.
You can delete your account at any time via the settings. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that have not been used for more than 12 months, after prior notification by email. In the event of a breach of contract, access may be blocked without prior notice.
InterviewHub is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations); in this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
The platform serves as a tool to support hiring and development processes. We do not guarantee that specific results (e.g., hiring decisions, career advancements) will be achieved through the use of the services. Decisions made based on the provided analyses are the sole responsibility of the user.
We assume no liability for content uploaded by users or shared in interviews. However, we endeavor to remove illegal content promptly upon becoming aware of it. Please report such content to info@ainterviewer.com.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at policy.html. We store and process your data exclusively within the framework of legal regulations (GDPR, BDSG).
InterviewHub takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include encryption (TLS 1.3), regular security audits, and access restrictions.
We store your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the provision of the services or as required by legal retention obligations. After deletion of your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless longer storage is required for legal reasons.
All content provided on the platform (texts, graphics, videos, software) is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal, professional use. Reproduction, distribution, or making it publicly accessible beyond the contractual purpose is not permitted.
Content that you create yourself (e.g., interview questions, notes) remains your property. However, you grant us a simple right of use to provide and process this content on the platform. This right ends with the deletion of your account.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose shall apply.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the operator (Amberg).
